Due to our outstanding delivery on the previous Tekona apartment building on the same complex, Mechanical Fire Solutions were invited back to aid completion of the project. The contract includes;

• Design and installation of a twin level fire sprinkler system
• New alarm valve and trim
• Connection to existing fire pump set

Mechanical Fire Solutions has completed the fire sprinkler services contract at Epiroc’s new 5000m2 warehousing facility, located at the Perth Airport.

The contract included installation of an Early Suppression Fast Respone sprinkler system, Twin Diesel Fire Pumps, and a 480,000 litre Water Storage Tank.

The contract included installation of an Early Suppression Fast Respone sprinkler system, Twin Diesel Fire Pumps, and a 380,000 litre Water Storage Tank.

Mechanical Fire Solutions has been completed the fire sprinkler services contract for St Vincent’s new multi-level, $28 million residential care facility, consisting of 81 beds, located on the banks of the Swan river in Guildford.

Mechanical Fire Solutions have been engaged to provide a multistage firesprinkler system upgrade for this commercial building consisting of:

• Rerouting of water supply and boost lines to accommodate a new site fire sprinkler and hydrant booster
• Installation of a new sprinkler system to the mezzanine floor plant room and offices
• Installation of a new sprinkler system to level 19 plant room
• Installation of a new sprinkler system to the roof level plant area
• Tail end pre-action system to the roof level lift motor room

Mechanical Fire Solutions were engaged by the owners to extend the facilities fire sprinkler and occupant warning system to include an 800sqm extension of their recycling shed, and a 900 Sqm covered area.

The challenge for this operational facility was minimising the impact to its 7 day per week operation.

Applying a systematic approach throughout the planning stage Mechanical Fire Solutions were able to manufacture all equipment offsite allowing for a staged installation over multiple weekends, minimising disruption to the facility.

Located in the heart of Fremantle, this facility comprises of four individual, multi-level buildings containing over 9,000 sqm of self storage, as well as the head contractors new regional offices.

Mechanical Fire Solutions were awarded a design and construct sprinkler contract for stage 2 of the multimillion-dollar Stirling Shopping Centre redevelopment.

The fire sprinkler works consisted of modifications to the north mall to suit new feature ceilings, as well as the fitout of a 1000sqm tenancy, complete with new control valve.

Mechanical Fire Solutions were contracted by Spyda construction to install fire protection equipment at the new Woolworths retail development, servicing the rapidly expanding suburb of byford WA.

Completed on time and on budget Mechanical Fire Solutions installed a residential fire sprinkler system over two interconnected four story buildings. Close collaboration with the builder and other service providers ensured successful integration and handover of the full fire protection system.

Mechanical Fire Solutions were contracted to install Sprinklers and Hydrants as part of a multi-stage fire protection upgrade to selected areas of Royal Perth Hospitals’ A Block. Mechanical Fire Solutions work package was completed over 8 stages with progressive hand overs. Strong collaboration between Mechanical Fire Solutions and the head contractor, coupled with a proactive hands-on approach to managing this project from design through to commissioning ensured all stages were completed and handed over on time and on budget, with minimal impact to the Hospitals operation.
